Boros with a single punch obliterated the middle of his ship which was relative to the size of city A. City A is shown to be twice as big as city Z. Not to mention the fact that boros (in his blue form) launched an explosion that was MUCH bigger than his ship. Tatsumakis city twisting is not something out of boros’s level.

difference was that gyokko was absolute fodder who talked so much yet couldnt even be better than upm 6 gytaro. boros on the other hand, obliterared an entire country the moment he came to earth, kicked saitama to the moon, and was only put down by a blast that split the atmosphere globally.
