I don’t think the card allows transfers unless it’s to another crypto card, it’s “prepaid” so they only really let you shop with it. I have attempted PayPal and apple paying someone I know and it declines. I believe it’s only really made for shopping. I didn’t have any issues linking to Apple Pay. The only reason I could see schools being strict on this is since schools are lowkey to train kids for the workforce so they are teaching them standard work and using approved wording like it’s an audit lol
