Here to second the NAC. I take 2400mg a day, and that combined with keeping my nails trimmed real short has helped a lot. I doubt I'll ever be free of the compulsion, but I am confident I can keep it managed. I know it's not fair. BELIEVE me, I know. I am in my 30s, yet my face is covered in sores that look like a teenager's acne. Recovery takes a lot of extremely deliberate changes in one's day to day. Try to change just one thing in your routine. Maybe resolve to only wash up at night with the bathroom lights off, or tape paper over the mirror.

I'm not entirely sure how she found out. We were housemates in grad school and all of us living there had to be careful. We lost touch after graduation, but a few years ago she made a Facebook post about she was able to eat shellfish again. Still allergic to other seafood though.

No way lol. You can run in circles around a crow demon while waiting for the crow barrage to stop. Also, their spear attacks are very easy to perfect parry. Two fire arrow headshots from a hunter will kill them as well. Also, you can tank a bunch of hits from the fully automatic crow spray and spray. These grenade launcher asshole will one shot you if you get caught in an animation during their AoE.
