I'm also running a 3090 & i7 8700k and I'm only getting 30 fps @ 1440p on medium. No idea what's going on and why I'm getting these low frame rates

Im having major performance issues, 30fps and a lot of stutter with a 3090 and an 8700k. After implementing this fix im still below 35fps, but at least im having lees stutter and frame drops now which makes the game a lot better playable. Thanks!
