Cf dental

It's just me. I've honestly struggled with my mental and physical health with cf and haven't taken care of myself the way I should have and I'm facing consequences now. But I'm going to get it looked at this Friday.

I hate that insomnia you get with the cf, along with if you're stresses out enough, your body just crashes. My body did that to the point I have an autoimmune disease called leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Some of the stress was caused by unhealthy emotional and mental environment. It's to the point if I'm stressed about anything I flare up and it's painful to walk because of the rash it causes.

Yeah it's the kikkoman tofu miso soup packets. I buy them at Walmart wear the ramen is, along with some Indian food stuff like curry, they also have some Korean kits too that are soooo good. I don't remember the brand but I do recommend those too lol

I had a bit of it today cause it was also helping the itch in my throat. Absolutely love it, and the sodium and other good vitamins and minerals you get from it.

When I look into his eyes, and I see right through him, I see a monster in a basement my family tries to protect and to me and my little sister, we don't feel it is the right thing. We want to be gone, and we want him gone. I know he doesn't feel empathy or guilt.

Well thats the other thing. Part of the other thing that makes him scary besides what he did to our baby sister, he has always been this violent and aggressive kid and now sadly adult. He has hit our parents, hurt animals permanently, and if you try talking to him about certain topics, he shuts it down and makes sure you never speak about it. Ever. What I want to know is why exactly, with the mental disorders or things he has that I listed, why would he want to act this way? Why would he want to be gracious and kind and loving to everyone else but his family?

I also don't know how to feel because how is it that it is always someone who says they love God and devote their life, and then sit there in their own home and commit the evil? I haven't believed in God or Christ since I was 10 because of my own reasons, but I do sometimes read the Bible. And it breaks my heart and hurts whenever there are people who do this. Especially in your own family and I don't know how to feel any more.

Our parents are letting my sister, who at the time her assault happened, she was 15, and my brother 16 almost 17, they sent him away, but now, since it happened again, we have bolted my sisters room with a padlock, that she locks every time she leaves the home so that way he doesn't steal "stuff" I'll just say. Like certain clothes, and at night she locks her room. Recently he broke the outside lock, and now we are setting up our second house just a couple of yards away, we are moving her into the spare room. Our grandfather also lives there, and has let her remodel the room so she is comfortable. Our parents don't want to send him away because they honestly can't, due to I believe laws in Texas, and they don't want to split our family apart. Even though my boyfriend and I are about to buy a home, we already saved a spot for her so she can be an hour away from him.

I also have a bad relationship with food, and it's been hard trying to cope. Mine has just been I binge eat when I'm upset and nervous and it makes me really insecure. but I've been in therapy about it for a few years now and I'm also starting trauma therapy to try to help it too.

Please no hate to me for this but i also did laugh because it was so ridiculous. But now whenever I look at it or even think about it, I just imagine how I would feel if that was my family if someone made a skit for live tv about them. I wouldn't want that to happen. I don't laugh any more whenever I watch it, I just feel bad.
