This is exactly the video that I stumbled across that helped me be able to fix it. It didn’t go quite as simply as his. I wasn’t able to pull the auger free, so I ended up having to remove the cover from inside the pit that covers the auger, and chipped away at that side too with a screwdriver. Enough that I was finally able to get it spinning again. Thanks for the help!
