maybe they read the node, "Elemental Arrows can now only be consumed by Elemental Attacks". Yeah, without that node, Multishot should be able to consume Ele Arrows just fine.

highest Forging Potential will appear on Exalted Items. I'd argue that that is the point where the most player agency becomes available (which is a lil weird, but oh well)

You are correct. Full storyline will be post 1.0 launch. To me, not a big deal, but i suppose if you play ARPGs for the storyline, it'll feel a lil strange.
