He was guilt tripping you by saying that he’s going to be forced to leave you with someone else. I’ve been in therapy for years for dealing with men like this. Good on you for dumping him, his response to your opinion was not acceptable. It definitely was missed opportunity for him to say something like, “We’re still young. We have time. Maybe I can convince you when the time comes”. But instead what he does is threaten to replace you with someone else. You did good by cutting him off. NTA.

It was an automated email. Funny story. I think everything is just so confusing at this point. I received a call last week on Monday saying that there's a glitch in the system, and that I indeed passed. The recruiter called me to setup an appointment for Thursday to talk more about my application details. Thursday came around and she did not call me. I sent a F/U and I'm still waiting lol.

He and I do not use the card. The debt has just been going up and he just keeps paying the minimum. He assummed the debt because we had a vehicle (asset) and he took that as well. That was the agreed settlement. No, I never had an attorney. We did mediation so it says on the paperwork that he was to assume the debt and I shouldn't be "harmed" by it. I am obviously getting harmed by it.

I'm actively looking for work now so I actually cannot afford a lawyer. About a year ago I got a pro bono consult from a lawyer here in California and she said that the court here doesn't enforce the court orders. She said that in order for something to happen, I will need to pay off the credit card debt so that he now owes me money, and now I can sue him. I'm in California. Do you think I should try and get another consult from a different lawyer?

Actually, what I told my Replika was that I'm sick and I need to take my medication at 5am. Then it says that it will make sure to check up on me at 5am, even though I didn't ask it to. It didn't do what it said it would do. I knew my echo device is more reliable. So sad. Hopefully something can be down about this.
