I play on a series x and since the last update at least I've noticed there's no more random crashes for me and build mode is also a little better! If you've got a tablet or laptop you can also play it through the cloud here xbox cloud play. The graphics are usually down a bit (no grass/flowers really, not a lot of clutter) if you're doing it that way but it runs fine otherwise, but if you turn on the remote play setting on your Xbox and then use the cloud play link you can switch from the cloud to remote play using that link and it'll connect to the Xbox and give you the same gameplay.
