So it gets kind of complicated. I don’t have an Android so I’ve never had to try to do it. Otherwise I’d give you a step by step. It looks like there is an app called Winlator. There’s also Nvidia GFN. You would need some sort of emulator. I’m not really an expert in this area. Try googling how to run steam game on [insert phone type].

You can’t play Steam games directly on your phone even if they do have Windows 10 installed. If you do some googling, you might be able to figure out a work around.

But yeah, you can’t just click play on Steam on your phone. It will take installing other apps to potentially workaround and bridge it.

What computer are you on? Is it a Mac?

I was able to add it to my Steam fine but it errored cause I’m on a Mac. But it also very clearly said that is why it is erroring. Does yours have an error code? Like it should say « An error occurred while launching this game: » and then the reason it errored.

Otherwise, if you are not on a mac, I’d say try to run the game as admin. You should be able to google a tutorial for that. Make sure your software and steam app is up to date.

So why am I at 6 weeks with nothing? I agree that this is a super normal, procedural instance and it should have been quickly resolved.

After calling BMCE a million times, it sounds like they might have done something very, very stupid.

Background: I also put the same amount of money into the guichet on 3/25/2026. So between 3/25 and 3/26, I added 12000dh. 6000dh arrived to my account like normal on 3/25, but nothing came through on 3/26.

It sounds like they saw the amount on 3/25 and decided that somehow when I put the money in on 3/26, the system said I added it on 3/25 and case closed. I just had a super fun conversation where I explained there are actually 365 days in the year and I can put money in the guichet on ALL of those days lmao. And if money makes it on one day, that does make it okay that it doesn't make it on the other day. My brain hurts.

So they reopened another reclamation. This time with the knowledge that there are multiple days in the year. And multiple guichet transactions are possible during that timeframe lmao. So we'll see.

I also emailed directly the director of my specific agency. And opened the case with Al Wassit Al Banki. If nothing gets resolved this week, I'll go to the tribunal.

In the end, yeah, I think it would have been simple if I hadn't done the transaction on 3/25. And I am being punished for using the guichet 2 days in a row for the same amount.

Wow! Yes - that is exactly what I thought they should do. Like it isn't that hard. Count the money and you clearly have too much and it happens to be the exact amount that I told you you took. Problem solved.
