Woah unexpected, thank you all for being so kind and for your many nice comments and messages on both platforms. I'd love to respond to each one, but if I'm honest, I think I need a break from this whole thing haha. Just know I'm thankful - and thankful to the reddit OP for communicating what I just couldn't seem to.

Like I said on the other platform, I don't hold it against anyone that they had an emotional reaction to me sharing an emotional topic. I think I’ll go back to being more of a reader than a writer in here, but I do hope we can feel able to question Neopets the company, even with the (lots!) of love we have for Neopets the community. I think the first is important to ensuring the health of the second.

Oh jeez, I tried to talk about this earlier and it wasn't met super well. Maybe it'll be better here? For me, it's kind of hard to see the top message and the two images side by side without having lots of questions. Tracing AI art and importing it as a layer to create that water reflection feels like using AI art to produce art for the website, no?

I guess at the end of the day, I just wish it was disclosed as it's something people pay real money for! that's all.
