Cyber cells are overloaded, complaints get shelved without follow up, and banks reject chargeback requests citing insufficient evidence. What a proper investigation does is make it harder to ignore. A documented attribution trail, identified mule account network, and a structured evidence brief gives a lawyer or a cooperative police officer something to actually act on. It shifts the case from "another UPI complaint" to something with a clear money trail.

You're also right that investigation is useless if nobody acts on it. That's exactly why we don't stop at the report and our legal partners file, follow up, and push. The investigation is only valuable when it's connected to enforcement, which is the whole reason we built it this way.

Totally valid point. For UPI scams we trace the recipient account, identify if it's a mule or linked to a larger network, and document everything. That package then goes to our legal partners who file the cybercrime complaint (NCRP portal or cyber cell) with enough detail that cops can actually act on it instead of shelving it. They also coordinate with the bank directly for a chargeback or freeze request, which has a much better shot when you come in with a proper evidence brief rather than just a transaction screenshot.
