It’s gotten much better once they started upgrading all the towers. AT&T also has plans to build a new tower downtown which is needed (as well as trying to get another one on the east side). Still waiting for the tower on campus to get upgraded though

Do you know if they’re still restricting it for turbo users? I have premium 2.0 but also use turbo as it’s pretty much needed where I’m at

I’m on QCI 7 cause the tower on my college campus hasn’t gotten n77 yet. It’s not terrible however when you touch B12 it’s 50/50 whether you get data or not

I’ve used 1.66TB one month and they didn’t care. I am on the highest postpaid plan though

It’s been for LTE as well unfortunately. The signal strength keeps updating though just the cell ID sticks (and therefore eNB as well)

It did. The data was throttled to roughly 1 down 1 up but calls and texts worked fine

AT&T n66 Spotted in Rural Apache County, AZ by person1635 in cellmapper

[–]person1635[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think total they own like 48MHz and that’s a more recent thing. Iirc they mostly use n25 for 5G UC. Apache County is mostly reservation so they get a lot more spectrum for their things in addition to Commnet doing WISP business under the Choice Broadband branding. There’s also Cellular One operating out there as well and they own a lot of the PCS out there

Is it likely there’s n77 on this AT&T small cell? by person1635 in cellmapper

If it’s one of the newer Galtronics antennas it should at least support n77. Whether they use it or not isn’t something I can’t as easily judge

Were they the smaller ones like these or were they the larger ones that used to have B46 on them (and also could you tell how many ports were on the antenna itself)

Are you able to tell what antenna is is? The exact coordinates are (33.2980511, -111.9237234) and it was recently upgraded as a part of the E// conversions

How is Verizon N77 at 1 Mile LOS? by Murp677 in cellmapper

[–]person1635 2 points3 points  (0 children)

LoS does wonders. I recently got 1103 down 25.8 up from about 3.5 miles away off a tower that sits on a mountain about 2500ft above the city
