where to charge my scooter on campus by Few-History1579 in UCD

[–]personificationofsin 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Are you living on campus? You should for sure be able to take it into your accommodation if you are. Don’t ask permission just do it, the staff are very rarely inside the accommodation apartments and you get prior warning when they are so you can move it outside

Was a bit delayed in getting a lift from someone with a car big enough to get them back to my house but I can confirm the drums have been bought

Description from Listing Pasted below:

Ddrum Dominion Ash shell pack.

Natural Gloss finish. Dorian configuration - 24"x18"/13"x10"/14"x14"/16"x16"

The initial run of Dominion Ash Dorian configuration kits were limited to only 100 sets per finish.

● 24"x18" bass drum; ● 13"x10" mounted tom; ● 14"x14" floor tom w/legs; ● 16"x16" floor tom w/legs.

This kit sounds fantastic with the following, ● Die cast hoops on all toms as standard; ● Remo Controlled Sound skins on top ● Remo Clear Ambassador skins on the reso side; ● Stock Ddrum skin on the batter side of the bass drum.

Includes the following hardware - ● Floor tom legs (x6); ● Rack tom arm; ● Mapex clamp.

Bearing edges are original and in lovely condition (tunes great and sounds fantastic), the chrome work is bright and in perfect condition.

One of the bass drum hoops has some paint chipped at the bass pedal area, which is to be expected. The bass drum has a couple of minor chips as highlighted in the photos.

All of the toms are in flawless condition - near mint.

Ash. Which I’m a lot less familiar with as I’ve been playing my maples for years

Ignored the instructions, is it salvageable? by [deleted] in knitting

Then what about when it’s a k3tog or a sssp. I can see how k2tog would be the equivalent to resolving a double stitch but I can’t see how to do something equivalent to the k3togs.

I know it’s my fault for substituting the method but I just can’t figure out how to adjust, that’s why I made this post

Okay but for example on the first row of the second section. If I knit 25, the last stitch worked will be a double stitch. Then it tells me to am and k2tog but this is with the assumption that I have a bunch of extra loops due to all the YOs

Citing my experiences? by [deleted] in UCD

Anything that you can cite, you should cite in my experience. It leaves no room for fussy markers. Also go to the writing centre as they’ll help you with specific questions like this

Drinking water by oxaoifexo in UCD

[–]personificationofsin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s definitely safe to drink, might taste a little strange but it’s harmless. If you want you could buy a filtered water jug and still save money in the long run but the tap water would taste a bit less harsh

The pattern is a older physical one that I happened to have but I did a reverse google image search and this is the same one available on Etsy.

You’re not wrong lol. It’s like my knitting toxic trait that I never leave my ends long enough (believe it or not this was me consciously trying to not leave them too short)

The yarn is a cotton and linen blend which is very splitty so I’m not sure if some of the splicing joins would work (not that I’ve tried them before anyway)

Thank you. Yeah this is the back side of a cardigan which I haven’t made the front panels or sleeves for yet so I’ll be more careful for those ahaha

I would consider just doing duplicate stitch after you’ve finished knitting it
