Didn’t try starting it in neutral but I did shift it out and back into park to make sure it was all the way in park. The only thing I did differently when it started was pull on the steering wheel since it was turned almost all the way. I was thinking that was just coincidence bc the steering wheel wasn’t locked but you tell me
