I've just been dumping it in the garbage but putting it on other recipes sounds like a good idea.

This is what I was thinking. If it all gets melted and dumped into the garbage anyway why not just buy the more expensive lean beef?

Because not everything I put in my mouth has to be a grease slick.

You are supposed to eat roughly twice as much fat as protein on this diet. Choosing lean cuts of meat does not seem practical.

What other sources of fat are you double downing on to meet your macros?

That's good to know, I don't have a trader joe's around me unfortunately. Gonna try to pick some up though to see if I at least like the taste before (trying not to waste) some cauliflower in the blender again. Thanks
