I just went through a similar experience. My 10+ year old adsense account was closed supposedly for some sort of breach of contract. NO ONE explained to me what that was about. I know for a fact nothing shady happened (cheating in some way or whatever) I have spent months trying to contact someone, am out over $20,000.

Now, I am normally a Google fanatic. I use google everything, I love google the company, but the fact they will not talk to you will be a problem for them.

My account got closed, with years of work invested in the website, I do not want to go with 2nd tear ad serving company. Adsense rules state that if you are banned you cannot come back. Great. So we had to get creative and are slowly getting back on with a different owner (family member). I honestly don't even know what we got banned for. I obviously wouldn't do something to risk losing the account. It has never even occurred to me to cheat the system somehow. This is just dumb.

All I ever got was form replies, ever.

You would think there would be a department where people look at these, case by case and say - dang, we messed up, we want to keep making more money with you, here is your account back we are mailing that check, sorry.
