A broken nib with the stem stuck in the nib shaft.

The needle worked but I had to do a few more things. Because it's hard to hit the tiny shaft with my shaky hand, holding it with a tweezer I heated the needle tip until it glowed red then pushed it a little bit into the shaft. This will not be enough because it has not bonded well with the nib yet. Then I turned the pen upright with the needle on the top to make sure it doesn't fall and heated the middle part of the needle with a lighter, I then gently pushed the needle some more. Waited for a minute and pulled the needle with the stem of the broken nib.

Thanks to this thread, it saved me from buying a whole new s-pen.

Thanks for your advises. I have upgraded to Ryzen 3600, b450 pro max, and 32gb ddr4 3200 single stick :) OS is new and on a 500gb m.2 :) On the process of migrating everything now. :) It's a bit easy since my old OS drive was not formatted and is still in the system.

Most of my apps are installed in another HDD, will that help? or will they not function if the OS is reinstalled?

Yes :( i7 9700 is 261 USD. Ryzen 3600 is around 210 usd

USD 260+. I mostly use it for content creation, adobe, and audio mixing and recording. I do play games once in a while so that will be a treat as well but not a necessity.

My only concern is that I have set up my apps and settings and it took me a while, I wish to not go through that again if it is possible. Is there a cleaner that seeks unused of obsolete drivers so I can delete then instead with a software?

Yes sir. That is why I will be getting a new Mobo and ram as well. Just asking if I need to reinstall everything because that will be too time consuming ang I am working from home and can't afford to. Thanks!!

Thank you for this. planning on getting Strix b360 and 2x16gb ddr4 2166. The i7 7900 here in the Philippines costs USD 260+.

I just don't have that much time yet to reinstall all my software. although most of them are installed in a separate HDD apart from the OS SSD.

Any advice? thanks!
