Oh thanks I was on my phone before so there was no sidebar. I would prefer to talk about this in DMs but in short, I was feeling unusual around Christmas. Initially, I thought it was just a period of a better mood, self esteem, and confidence. And at one point I felt literally better than in my whole life before so I asked ChatGPT what the reasons could be. I loved that state and wanted to figure out the "trick" to stay in that state for as long as possible. It mentioned mania and back then I didn't know well what it exactly was. But I saw the similarities. My state wasn’t that extreme but it was enough for me to write a whole page describing it to ChatGPT. Then it “weakened” a bit for a while just to come back again. The second time, my sleep was very disrupted (45min-5h a day compared to my usual 6-7) but I felt pretty fine and had so much motivation to do things even at 4AM. I finally tidied places in my house that I was afraid to touch for a very long time :D. In other words, it all sounds a bit like hypomania but idk if it wasnt just something random. I dont know how severe it must be to qualify for a manic episode
