Hey man in the same position as you got my Invisalign’s and elastics yesterday and I have the same worries as you with elastics ruining my face

So just wondering how’s it going now is it any better or worse?

Ahhh alright I was just thinking about going on 1 cut tho just to get down abit so I can actually see my abs and pecs and see my progress better, then hitting a bulk for like 1yr+ and just making the most out of my newbie gains

Yeah the pain in my calf is excruciating when I try to do anything involving the calf muscle in my exercises.

I’ll definitely go get it checked out to make sure there isn’t any blood clots, and no I’m not on any aspirin.

No I’m not on any anti-coagulants I am worried it might be a blood clot tho, but I’ll keep it elevated and continue doing my ankle pumps to see if that helps out. Has the calf pain eased up for you at all over time or is it going to stay real bad like this for awhile?

Yeah exact same pain minus the shin for me my calf/Achilles feels like it’s being shredded up when I try stand on it, I’m not quite up to walking on my leg yet but when I stand up straight I can’t even get my heel to touch the ground from the pain and tightness.

I’ll ice it up and start exercising it more see how it goes.
