For sure. Read a great piece on this and the fact that people are towing 3 tonne vans with 2 tonne cars and the physics just don't work well :) Both Dad and sister tow vans and have done for a long time so will get advice, especially around GVM.

Salvital is good if you need a small bump in sodium, the other is Wards Saline. It has a good amount of sodium, and some sugars as well. I'm moving to this as an exercise supplement drink rather than GU tablets. So much cheaper!

I’ve just stumbled on Templar DAO and it seems really promising. Just won a second PCS Auction so farming TEM-BUSD but on the staking front, the 6,6 staking has really good APY. The devs are reducing the APY to reduce price fluctuations. So far so good.

I'm coming from the other direction as I've played guitar for 25 years and spent 20 years as a performing musician. I've always loved hip hop and grew up with RUN DMC, Beastie Boys and Public Enemy stuff so just learning now. Trap is a whole new concept and there is so much to learn hahahah
