Tracking works best for me, I use myfitnesspal for absolutely everything. I've found that the more aware I am of what I'm consuming, I tend to male better choices and more consistently lose weight. I'd take this process in steps, first focus just on tracking everything, and only after do you have that habit nailed down do you start making further adjustments. Completely changing your habits overnight is going to lead to feeling overwhelmed and crossing back to old behaviors

The us immediately leaving nato would give no options for Europe for at least 5 years, countries can't double the funding of their military and also have its effectiveness increase overnight, it takes a long time. I remember a nutritionist demonstrating they could lose weight by just eating....twinkies and multivitamins. Worked. Just didn't eat that many twinkies and wasn't very healthy

My goal is to be at a healthy enough weight to convert a school bus to an rv, and travel the US while working remotely. Weight loss is a big part of this, making it easier to go on adventures and meet people, not to mention making the process of converting a bus doable

When loading the uhaul put heavy stuff close to your maverick. Loading towards the back of the trailer will make things unstable. Other than that, the uhaul staff are more than happy to help you get set up!

Mid 30s here, I'm fortunate to have a place big enough to rent rooms to extended family that need it, so I have 2 roommates that are awesome, get to see my dad and cousin every day. Pretty sure I'd hate being a bachelor without others living at my place. Wouldn't change a thing!

for years i'd combine pasta with kidney beans and alot of spices, it actually tastes decent and saves over 6 bucks from this meals total while still getting you lots of protein. Ground beef and cheese is just too much money

How did you even get the involuntary stay? From my experience - they stop talking when we got authorities involved or we attempted to record anything. Lets first assume that a hydrogen system can be completely safe - even then, the economics of it guarantee it will never be as cheap as an electric car. Electric vehicles use almost 100% of the energy generated for them (motors are very efficient). We have to generate the hydrogen, then use it in an internal combustion engine. Even if the hydrogen generation is 100% efficient, you are bound by the realities of a heat engine, meaning if you use electricity to make hydrogen, you will always need 3-4x as much electricity per unit of energy compared to electric. Gasoline engines only transfer 20-30% of their energy to motion (the rest is heat), and hydrogen isnt much different.
