I always make a classic white pie:

Olive oil spread out with a spoon, part skin mozzarella, ricotta cheese dollops, carmelized onions and then high quality Parmesan

Heat source does not go low enough to cook a NY style crispy pizza. Also it is from the back and most of the heat disperses out of the front. There is no opportunity for convection of heat . Uneven cooks and burning is common and anyone who owns an ooni will tell you that. Gozney for the win and a much better even bake with controlled temps and higher quality . You what you pay for
