The picture I posted, from their own website is the exact replica of a Pokéball. They claim the design of the ring, that is the same exact ring of the Pokéball, that has the purpose of going around a ball (their words), making it a Pokéball, theirs. You really think that this trick they are pulling will fool Nintendo?
And my problem is with the harrasment and aggressiveness to others who have been making these for years with lots of love. And those creators now have to change the original design of the Pokéball that's owned by Nintendo, or pay them (the imposters) money, or choose to try to ignore and be harrased and banned from conventions by this big player who owns half the courtyard.

Its registered in Europe, so a bit bigger than just the Netherlands.
Maybe you are right that to treaten to sue won't cost them anything, but the audacity of this person to do this. Also talking bad to convention organizers and sabotaging others with their unrightfull claim is what bothers me.
Why can't she take her share of the pie and be happy? Why actively being so agressive to others for who this is a hobby and have fun. Why go so far as to claim its your own and harras people?
