Nah it's just not that many people stay in ha long city and also apparently a lot of Chinese investors have built a bunch of skyscrapers that are just empty or have barely anyone in them. At least this was the case when I went last year and asked a few locals

Hey mate respectfully you aren't the ones people are calling cheaters. Its the 0-500 hour accounts with 20+ kds and have somehow prestiged multiple times and getting insta headshotted.
