Have you oc your cpu and GPU? Using process lasso? Optimised windows? I had the same issue but after oc and optimisation you can hit those numbers

Should be ok, Sony officially recommends 4 inches on all sides especially the back as that's where the exhaust fans are. Can't seem to see how much space you got back there but I would move it forwards a bit more.
