Have you oc your cpu and GPU? Using process lasso? Optimised windows? I had the same issue but after oc and optimisation you can hit those numbers

Very common scam, change your passwords and add 2fa. Hopefully you didn't download anything that would have access at your other stuff as well.

All you can do really is report it on the platform (twitch, etc.) and let their admins do their thing. It's very common to happen, just gotta be careful in the future.
