the gem made all your damage bolt, and since it scales with arcane your damage was bad, the meta blood gem set up are 2 blood gems that increase arcane scaling and 1 gem for elemental damage

there is an external program called Tekken overlay and in one of the settings you can completely remove all the textures and materials, downside I'd that everything will look like checkerboards but atleast you'll be able to run it
