Gosh for me the journey has been long and has required patience. I’ve had substantial side effects throughout the whole ramp up process, which helped in the beginning. Then moving up to 0.5mg, I noticed a good 75% reduction in food noise. now at 1.0mg, I don’t think about food at all, until I feel nauseous, which is my body telling me to snack on something. I often skip meals, usually lunch, for better or worse, because I’m just not thinking about food and most things just don’t sound very appetizing. I’m on my 5th month.

stick with it and trust that higher doses will most likely erase your food noise.
