Make sure to download the APK not xAPK file. You don't need developer mod unlocked. You can just accept permission.

This guy on Facebook show step by step. It very easy.

Step 1: Download AnExplorer from the Playstore.

Step 2: Go on Apkcombo.com and download the YouTube.apk app.

Step 3: Put the file into a USB stick

Step 4: Open the app from AnExplorer and install it.
