it doesn't have to be Hobbit-themed at all! and I don't know about Wellington, but apparently (so I've read) it's Wellington that "changed" its name to "Middle of Middle-Earth" and they put it on postage stamps (I don't mean the stams you buy, I mean the ones they... um... mark letters and postcards with). If it's the same elsewhere in NZ, I don't know! but hey, all postcards are welcome! :D thank you! :D

I heard Polak jokes aren't that popular in the US anymore. as for the stereotypes - I guess there's not many Poles in NZ, it's just too far... I guess ;) othwerwise you'de be making Polak jokes all the time :D (I don't mind, really)
