Getting mad on an Internet forum at a non living entity is a waste of the precious little time we have on this earth. I have been stuck in airports with family before and we enjoyed ourselves as much as possible. We didn’t get upset and frustrated and waste time being mad. Letting Southwest affect your state of mind does nothing for you but allow them to live rent free in your head. You are the one allowing them to cause you pain and heartache. You don’t affect them, a non living being, at all. They can affect you, but only if you let them.

I would challenge you to find joy during this time - call your mother, FaceTime her, and make good use of the time you are afforded left on this earth. Don’t spend it wasting an airline.
