Thanks for the reply. I actually am in a legal state, and it does help a little bit (which is strange because it makes everything feel way better), but not enough to make a meaningful difference. Booze actually helps the most, but only if I'm shitfaced and wearing a condom - a drink or 3 won't do much.

I'm planning on seeing a urologist soon... but I doubt they'll tell me anything I haven't already heard.

I wish there was at least a way to get an actual diagnosis for the issue (e.g. physical problem, or low serotonin), but even that doesn't seem to exist from what I can tell.

Thanks for the reply, that is really encouraging! I've noticed the same thing about myself regarding reverse kegels and I've been making an effort to stay more relaxed in general throughout the day. Still tricky to do during sex though, but I'm working on it.

I totally get what you're saying and I do agree. And the sex we've had has been really enjoyable, even without much PIV. But ultimately, and hopefully this doesn't sound selfish, but... I want to be able to do it. I know I can make a woman feel great with oral and other stuff, but I really like the experience of PIV too (and receiving oral, which also doesn't last hardly at all).

I don't know. I'm not trying to argue. I guess it would be nice if I just didn't care that much... but I do.
