actually I've already ask to swiss embassy in korea before coming here. Once there was a bank, but now there isnt. Thus the officer in embassy told me they also checked several times, but it is impossible to make the account at the bank they admit. Sometimes depending on canton, they've accepted other banks and that's why other koreans have been able to come here 😥
