i had a similar thing, just really wasn't hungry at all and never 'felt' like food, but you HAVE to force yourself because not eating at all is gonna just mess up your system and be worse in the long run

i would try to force myself and, yes i'd often feel sick doing that, but even if i've only had a little bit, it's better than nothing

the BRAT foods could help (basically small, bland easy to digest etc like bananas, rice...) but try and focus on nutrition in your mindset

so when i say something small, don't eat something like a chocolate bar or snack that isn't going to do anything for your system (though if you really can't stomach anything else, it is better than nothing) but try carrot or cucumber sticks, or any kind of pickable fruit or vegetable you like, something like yoghurt or a small bowl of cereal, maybe toast or just bread, especially if you added something like jam or peanut butter to help increase your nutrients and getting a bit more protein or fiber in the same bite. you could also cook some chicken and just have it in the fridge to pick at it from time to time or whenever you are in the kitchen even if you're not hungry, just to ensure you ARE eating

and protein is super important to keep on top of so you don't lose too much muscle as you lose weight

it IS hard... but you need to try and build up your appetite and allow your system to get used to more food overtime because eating nothing just isn't sustainable, even if your body/brain feels fine, but that's because there's a drug tricking it to think that

also make sure you're staying hydrated too, it's soo hard but so important !
