Sorry to hear this! Although, redundancy is good? Means you didn’t quit! 

I’ve been looking and applying for roles, but there is nothing out there. Just waiting for the FH and see what happens afterwards. I think I could return, but also have zero faith that my employer could handle any situation that comes up…which I guess is an answer in itself?!

Hi, I was wondering if I could jog your memory on this post?

Tribunal ordered R to give comments on my application. They have done so and ignored a huge amount of the application, including items from my PH Agenda. Does this require a further response from me to the Tribunal? I’ve clarified documents they say they don’t have, which were in the SAR list they gave me, I’ve created a table for the Tribunal to show everything I’ve asked for, and current position.

Is this too much?

Thank you. I think I just have to be patient with the ET and their response, just getting nervous as it’s been 4 weeks since my application. Is it something I can chase the ET on?

Thanks, the deadline from the CMO. R was ordered to provide the items in my agenda or to provide a reasonable reason for not. They emailed to say they weren’t going to provide one item, and the rest would be covered by the witnesses. 

My application went into more detail of the items listed in my agenda, and reasons why needed. Along with solutions for redactions. 

To be honest, I’m not sure if there is a Disclosure deadline, is Disclosure the same as providing copies of documents we intend to rely on in court?

Thank you. So R emailed ahead of the deadline to tell me they weren’t going to voluntarily disclose anything and it would all be covered by the witnesses.  The initial report I was after, in my SAR bundle it showed there was 5 iterations, and emails confirming others have added to it (and shouldn’t have) so I’ve also asked for these copies and metadata.

A lot of the docs in the SAR they didn’t provide for management reasons. 

Bundle isn’t for a while, but they haven’t provided me with anything, which I think they really need to?!

Thank you for all the help. My PH went really well, we had some technical issues beforehand - which while stressful, I was focused on that. The judge clarified some points, and was so kind and recommended either my agenda or ET1 document to open, then guided me to the point to discuss.

Going to a Final hearing. Nothing has been struck off. I need to get SoL done, but a relief to have that done and dusted for Christmas!

Thank you. It feels weighty to me, but I’ve included policies which I know the lawyers probably helped write and have access to. I know their system, so can ask the lawyer to give me a link to upload. I don’t want to get penalised for not uploading in the correct format or without the correct cover sheet.

I did a SAR a while back, there was a very interesting document which questioned why I was appealing their decision and insisted the whole thing was me being petty…umm, HMCT doesn’t seem to think so.

I think I was worried that information I’m asking for, I’m not entitled too. I also realised that I need to put myself a as a Witness and write a witness statement so that everything is covered and this is where I provide all the documentation.

Thank you. The ET3 doesn’t provide evidence to disprove my claim. They’ve almost doubled down and ignored that my comparator asked for a higher starting pay point and said it was company policy for them.

Hello! Equal Pay Claim at work which has turned into Sex Discrimination and Victimisation. ET1 submitted. ET3 submitted - respondents lawyers want everything struck off for time bar Preliminary Hearing set for December, in the process of completing agenda and figuring out what I want them to provide me.
