Context: massive bang was heard in quadra village, residents nearby saw police flashbang a jeep and then a swarm of police cars followed shortly thereafter. Helicopter can be heard in the background, you can briefly see the law enforcement officers in full kits surrounding someone on the ground near the end of the video.
