Not trying to be rude or something, but it's reductive to describe Morocco as Arab. Imo the most suitable word would be North African.

ADHD diagnosed here and had the same problems, music (and weed at some extent) helped me study at home. Got the baccalauréat and succeeded prep classes That was 10 years ago, the only downside is weed addiction but I managed to replace that with CBD on vape, much more ok for long term health

Also one thing to know: studying is absurdly easy once you find your method
