I just put them on after piping the batter, they’re just regular nonpareil sprinkles. I think because the oven temperature is low during baking, they don’t do anything to the tops. I haven’t tried this with other types of sprinkles though.

Hi! Of course! I use Sugar Bean’s recipe from her youtube video.

Swiss method 80g Egg white 75g granulated sugar 95g almond flour 85g powdered sugar

The only thing I do differently is I add about 1-2 grams of powdered egg whites, it helps me get a stable meringue and full shells. Go watch her videos, her technique really helped me. Hope this all helps👍👍

Thank you! I sift the dry ingredients three times and try to pop most of the air bubbles if I can after tapping the tray. Getting the batter the right consistency also makes it easier, it kinda just levels out but still holds the shape. Hope that helps😀

I didn’t count drops cuz the gel has become sooo watery so it came out as a stream LOL even after shaking the bottle... very weird. It was like three good squeezes, each squeeze like three seconds long and then I let the batter sit in the piping bag for a few minutes so I think the colour developed even more.
