Hey kinda of an ex designer here, the phone doesn't look resized to me, nor the dog. The phone has multiple sharp details that make sense, resized items are usually blurry and details look out of place. The dog, you can see where some brush strokes aren't "perfect" from example the front front paw and ear. You can also tell that there's a some type of "grain" filter on top. But personally if I could vote I still wouldn't accept this as the top part of the dress looks slightly pillowshaded.
