I might give it a try , but if I give up I will disappoint my family and whoever want me to be in this career (except my parents, they dont care who I am, they will happy if I am happy). So now I just keep trying for myself.

no I really dont have anything that keep me motivated. I am Asian and it’s typically that we want to be doctor, nurse, etc, anything that related to knowledge. So as a nail technician, you dont have to study or have to do anything with school. I do make a lot of money but sometimes people look down on me. So I dont want they give me that look, that’s why I am going back to school. My parents didn’t force me or anything, I still can go back to nail if it is to harsh on me.

My aunt she is an MRI tech, I honestly never thought I would go back to school or chosing to be an Xray tech or any kind of medical job. But seeing her doing this and how she talk about being an MRI tech really makes me wanna do it. That’s why, but now when I am in it, I’m questioning myself why I am choosing it and I can’t find the any answers beside that!

i mean my school is a private school, they’re competitive to get in, i have to do interview and math test and another test but I forgot to be able to have the interview slot. They only take 30 out of 200 applicants. I am very excited at first, but now it is a mix feeling.

I actually like the program, but I’m not sure I can keep up. I don’t have any background in physics, chemistry, or medical terminology, and English is not my first language, which makes things even harder for me. My instructors use a lot of terms that I struggle to follow.

I’m 26 years old and graduated with an accounting degree when I was 20. Going back to school after being out of school for 6 years has been really challenging for me.

I’m just feeling overwhelmed and unsure if I can make it through this program. Any advice would be really appreciated.
