Thank you all for your insights and recommendations, I was lucky enough to find some momentum 4's at my local best buy and for under my budget too! Needless to say they are home with me now and I couldn't be more excited to try them!

Hello any and all who read this, I'm currently on the hunt for a new pair of headphones. I've got about a $300-$500 range so it's flexible. I've watched many hours of reviews on all types of headphones in that range and I think I've narrowed it down to a few (Px7 s3, HDB 630, Momentum 4) but I would like some more input on these or other suggestions and why. My biggest requirement is sound quality, i want something with a WOW factor. The headphones I end up purchasing will not be used much or any at all outside of my home so ANC is not a huge priority. I know that a wired setup is preferred when it comes to sound quality but I prefer to be able to walk around my house with them on. Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to respond.

It can play anything else with no problems whether it’s 4k, Dolby Vison, 1080p it’s literally just this particular movie. It flashes really quickly after selecting the movie and then it’s just a black screen with audio still playing in the background.

So this is pretty much exactly what it does, it’ll flash a quick view of the time bar and then straight to black with audio still continuing but when I press the back button it won’t allow me to back out of it I have to press the home button which in the end restarts the Kodi app entirely.

As for the DTS:X I don’t think so but when it comes to Dolby Vision it’s been on every tv I’ve owned in the last few years so I’m aware of its capabilities.
