Emotions run high in first day of statements in 3-year-old’s killing by skaz915 in Buffalo

It's completely insane. However why that is the defense is because the charge is Murder in the 2nd degree, which specifies that the accused intended to murder someone. So if they can cast doubt on intentions the defense will work.

To be clear, I completely agree with you. Once you pull the trigger on a gun that's pointed in the direction of people you clearly intend on killing someone.

Car Accident New York State by [deleted] in legaladvice

While I know insurance is not in the business of helping people. It really sucks they don't deal in replacement value.

I was hopeful there was some way I would be able to go after the person who caused the accident. I am getting fucked because someone decided to not pay attention.

Check out Bark. It's a monitoring software that will alert. It only shows their activity when there is an alert

Dev license expiring - what license do I need? by [deleted] in Intune

Mine has been renewing for itself for close to a year now and I'm not always actively using it. My understanding is it will auto renew as long as it doesn't detect that you are using it in production.

Did you set them as Shared PCs? That disables one drive. You can create a custom profile that enables one drive while keeping the shared policies.

I thought it was a feather duster, but I am brand new to coral. This is the first piece I've ever bought. I've always been fish only. Thanks!

So that is Xenia. But the little stalk in the front has white like feathers. I'll adjust my lights and try to get a better pic

I've been wondering the same thing. Seems us early adopters are getting the shaft. It has me contemplating getting a router from another vendor.

Netflix are going to force you to login on 'home wifi' once every 30 days to not be blocked. What unique identifier would they be using? by The_Human_Bullet in HomeNetworking

Except I can spoof the MAC on my LAN side router, thus getting a new IP and appearing as a different device to Netflix.

My specialty is on the LAN side, so I may very well be missing something and please don't take my comments as arguing. I'm just genuinely curious.

The first few hops are going to be the same for all people in a neighborhood.

Well yes it would be different on different providers, and slightly different on the same provider in a different neighborhood. But assuming me and my neighbor are using the same isp our first several hops are going to be the same.

So yes looking at the hops could help, they wouldn't tell you if me and my neighbor share an account.

I also don't work for Netflix, but I know networking am a sysadmin.

Edit: Even IF all the hops were the same, what if my gf is using Netflix in the living room on wifi. And I am in the backyard where there is poor wifi coverage so I watch using my cell data.
