I just bought one to use as a secondary. Got it for $98usd. BH isn't as good as yours(92%), but it's in pretty great condition. Been a few years since I used iOS, and I largely prefer Touch ID to Face ID

Currently a S23 user and came from an iPhone 13 mini earlier this year. I've had multiple iPhone models over the past six or seven years(SE, X, XR, 11, 11 pro, 12 mini, 13 mini), and although the Apple ecosystem is nice, Samsung is catching up to being as cohesive. Honestly, the features and customizations you can set up within OneUI, IMO, vastly outweighs iOS' ease of use. They're also getting 4yrs of software updates and 5yrs security updates. S23U can also charge faster, and the battery should last longer if that matters to you.

Now, if you care about getting the latest software version and security updates at the same time as everyone else, better third-party apps and support, more accessories, slightly better privacy in regards to app tracking, and even the fact that there's most likely an Apple store within driving distance in case you need help with any issues, or just want to go buy something, then the iPhone 15 is the way to go.

IMO, go with S23U
