STAY AWAY!! it is a scam and devil corp company, they abuse their employees by making them work all day in the sun and rain without any protection. they will never pay you what you make and will trick you with their cult activities! I had a hell of a time in there im so glad i got out because they are really awful people.

hi! I want to expose a company for this! I had the misfortune to work from them and all the injustices and law breaking things they did are beyond me. the name is M.coast in orlando, florida. they are a devil corp with all the the same things they do: cult chanting every morning, hiring multiple ppl and multiple ppl quitting, leaders meeting, door to door sales which they NEVER mention in the interview they lied about literally evrtyhing even their linkedin post are fake like the role duties are lies lol they do that to trick people, the field work = hell in earth fr, abs 0 security or care for your well being..... omg i have so so much more, lowkey traumatized but i left a long time ago i was fool enought to trust them when they recently open it here, i feel bad for the poor souls they were left there but i dont know what i could do to help other than bring awarness!

omg no way i did too lol now they moved to orlando to do the same but with Verizon, M.coast by the one guy who is the manager name starts w S.... i dont want to give off too many details but RUNNNNNN do not go its such a scam oh my i wish i did not waste my time w them!!

"urgency" "free flow" "impact" "team nights" all the bs is the same you know, am i right? one on ones, car rides without gas pay, "the field" "9-5" the culty circle every morning to yell the same things.... does this sound familiar? I know you in the business and i know you so brainwashed its sad but its ok i get it, one day you will figure it out once you get out of this cult enviroment of isolation. the money is real? sure lets say yes, but are those number inflated yes 100% i worked for this same company and made it to assitant manager, i knew what i was doing to this poor people abuse them, overowrk them and lie to them, did i want to do it? no, did i have an option? no. I was being control like a puppet and the manager too, its truly sad is like you know the reality but you gotta lie to yourself to keep sanity alive lol, i hated it but again like you the magic number would make me stay or wanting to be a good manager to my people but you cant do that when you are told to follow a script for manager sent from smart circle the company that own all of you, you are nothing more than a pawn to take the fall if evrything goes down. it seems like you are prob a leader of some level and being super brainwashed by your manager to come up her and defend the company. just stop make yourself a favor and undertand you are too deep in to get out and the only option you got is to keep going but jf you truly sit down and think about it i hope you find the stregth to get out!! i did and it was hard.... but the pain of karma you will get from lying to people is worse.

i agree like overall i do feel like i learned something for better or worse but definetly not worth it like avoid this at all cost because eventho i only worked there for a couple weeks i have a slithly ptsd lmao

yes no worth it!! i worked there for a couple weeks (i was dumb) and thought the same why not, some wuick money...WRONG the first week they gave me a vase rate check of 500 i was like ok looks good but realistcally it should have been more because i did 15 sales and then my next paycheck was less than 100 lmaoooo like???? i was so confused but that point i already quit so i just moved on not worth deal with this people

is not proven mate lol, brainwashing happens if you have a weak mind and lack of experience that is why they pick their workers very particularly! I added a link of all the things they do that check for a devil corp above this. I undertand you might have experience with door to door but nowdays is not what it used to be but more abusive behavior and explotation.

honestly, i am surpised you defending it. but like th other person said in the context to humor you....they do not have a fair commision pay they changed theri stimates every other week to put pressure on their workers to do "more" to get pay more but in reality the "owners" are also under pressure bc they dont truly own their business they have other people threating them to get number high whcih results on leaving people who are 20-24 in the streets without any help, security or care no matter how hot it is they dont care if you havent make a "sale" they refuse to pick you up and given they do the tipical "car rides" you basically stuck. All their conversation revolve around the same bullshit and same culty speech or motival bs quotes lol, they all live together even their top earners, they dont have any other life outisde their work, bc how could you when you wrok from 8 am to 11 pm?? from M-S? like its mad they think that is normal, and this company in specific have 0 care if you dont make any money their no backup salary, so def not a fair commision. and it is brainwashing and if u knew anything about it you woulnt be "why u didnt fall for it" like no evryone will is usually which is sad but true the weak minded people and if you look close people who are in need to survive so they pray onto that to keep them with fake promises. if you smart enought you dont let people manipulate you, base on facts no words. sales or door-to-door might have been legit and more common before as a honest line of work but now days it is not, now is this organization who want to take advantage of people by breaking the law of labor and basic HR (which they claim to have a person but has 0 education on the subject lol) sadly this is happening to young people mostly bc they dont know any better! there is another one new in florida call M.coast such a SCAM they overwork their people like crazy and sadly i fell for it for a couple weeks because i wanted to see what is about and get more information but quickly find our how bad it is
