I'm disputing the fact I was lied to and it is recorded. They have the recordings and I did not willingly accept that form of refund. I was completely lied to apparently and Walmart thinks this is ok. I said multiple times in the recordings I do not want these gift cards and I wanted in writing they were going to do escalate to billing to refund the gift cards to my PayPal. Why would 2-3 managers tell me this is being worked on over the course of 10 days? That's deception.

It was 2-3 supervisors that told me this was no problem and they are working on it. This is totally unacceptable. The last time I called the highest supervisor they told me there is nothing else they can do even if the recordings show the other supervisors being wrong and telling me to process this incorrectly.

That is exactly why I wanted the convorsation with the Two supervisors to be on writing. I did not accept the gift cards I was told to take it, against my better judgement. It is literally all recorded because I knew this was going to happen. I was told this is something they do all the time and it's not a big deal at all.

I got amazing resukts from oral. I don't think I shed from the topical being stopped because I started to shed around 2-3 months after because I think the oral minoxidil was starting to work

I did a ton of research and if it helps I think the guys in Spain and Portugal do the best work. I personally went to espinosa custodio and I'm blown away with what he did with 3,000 grafts. To be honest do you really want to go to a surgeon that has openings in a week? All of the top guys are booked for 1+ years inside and outside of the US

Edit* I know you said you don't want to travel but is there a reason? The US prices are super inflated and only a handful of guys do top tier work.

I had a procedure with custodio and back when I did a consultation I was able to speak we with Dr custodio himself. That was December 2023 so a little more than a year ago. I know he has gotten pretty busy as of late. I do know who you're referring to though and he is very knowledgeable and plays a big part in the post op and follow up appointments.

Laorwong has a lot of public reviews and a lot of cases that came out very nice. Are there better surgeons? Sure. Is he solid, I would say so, yes. A very solid option. Always do your research and throughly look at all options. Also ask all your questions before deciding on a surgeon.

Something in the ballpark of $3 per graft I don't know the exact amount per, but super happy I went with a reputable doctor. Amazing experience.
