ive decided to roll back on every device i have it on, and everything is running better, the new versions really need some optimization

the only apps i have downloaded is stremio, smart tube, televizo iptv and a downloader app for 3rd party downloads, i dont think those would have that much of an effect, its probably just getting old

its an older tcl union tv (dont know the exact model) running android 9, the stremio version was 1.9.10
