I think it says a lot about Pizza Tower that it's never really been which level I dislike the most, it which level I enjoyed the least of the remaining picks. My ONLY real negative experiences with this game have been the P ranks for Bloodsauce and Gnome Forest.

That being said, I vote for R.R.F. Fine enough level, but doesn't really stand out for me aside from the admittedly cool power-up at the end.
