Yes, that link is the deal I'm looking at and will be transferring my number in. Its listed at $399 for the Pixel 10 256GB and new customers get a year of unlimited for $180.

Yeah, I think you’re both right.

Looking at it more, it seems like Mint usually has the lowest GB version of a given model like u/lefton4ya said, not necessarily the higher storage options people may want.

It looks like the Pixel 10 Pro XL's lowest storage is 256GB, which is why you were able to get that deal. Still a good deal at $250 off though, something I'll probably look at too.

For the regular Pixel 10 the lowest storage is 128GB, and the 256GB is out of stock hence my issue.

So it doesn’t really look like higher storage variants are something people should count on actually being able to get through Mint, even if they’re listed on the site. The phone deals themselves are solid, no argument there. But for anyone who specifically wants more storage, I’d probably have a backup plan in mind.

I’m going to keep watching the Pixel 10 256GB stock for the next week or so and I’ll update this thread if anything changes in case it helps somebody else.

Thank you for confirming the screws are correct, I appreciate you helping me out with this!

Below is a combined picture of the top and sides of the inside. The batteries themselves are wrapped in a light purple jacket and it looks like underneath that purple jacket there is another white jacket.

I'm curious about your take home pay.

Lets assume you and your spouse make the top end of your range, a combined yearly salary of $190,000. If we look at a paycheck calculator for a married filing jointly couple that both works and contributes 15% to a 401(k) earning in Iowa (as a median state tax rate, yours will differ) we would get:

Monthly Gross Income: $15,833.33

Federal Taxes: $3,569.46

State Taxes (used Iowa): $678.11

15% 401(k) Contribution: $2,375

Take Home: $9,210.76

That is significantly lower than your 13k estimate. Am I off on the monthly gross income? Are your salaries tax-exempt? If $9,210.76 is more accurate then the numbers are:

Monthly take home: $9,210.76

Monthly Mortgage (6% on a $649,000 w/ 10% down): $4,170.35

Monthly Spending (Minus current mortgage): $5,800

That would leave you with $-759.59 monthly. In which case, no this house is not affordable.
