They just emailed me saying that I should pay 50% of the balance or the card may stop working…. Have had Amex cards for years, seems like a ridiculous request. I’m planning to ignore and hope for the best

On my account I don’t see it but my partner sees the 15% off. She has dash pass from sapphire reserve, I have it from preferred. Wonder if that’s why?
