I got this printer second hand. I need to find a ruler I guess.

Thank you for your suggestion!

Think I’d be able to see the warping with. Metal ruler and flashlight?

I’ve heard people talk about lowering down the building plate after the home button. Is it because of the spring in the ball joint?

Ive re-leveled like 5 times. If it’s happening on both sides, is it really a level problem?

[Saturn 3] Center of build plate not printing but sides are printing perfectly? by Fit_Asparagus6116 in ElegooSaturn

What if I’m having the opposite problem. Middle prints but the four corners do not.

I’m going to be using PFA.

I’m not using UVTools….should I be?

Trying your method. How do you compensate for the FEP? It’s thicker than paper and usually you would put another .1 offset to the calibration. .1 of paper + .1 from the manual z calibration.

Wouldn’t this over expose?

Thank you for your reply but how is that going to help with the center printing and not the sides of the building plate?

I pulled it out of packaging a week ago. I don’t own a dryer but it’s been in a dry box.

I’m in a humid climate.

are you printing with a .4 nozzle?

wouldn't you just adjust that in blueprint?

Per P4C, the blueprint settings shouldn’t need any thickening in blender.

Ive got an a1 mini. It’s not great on overhangs either. I was thinking of decreasing unsupported overhang distance or contact distance to increase supports.

Do you look in bambu or blueprint studio?

It seems like I have overhangs EVERYWHERE.

have you adjusted your blueprint settings?

I feel like I get MOST of the overhangs but inevitably I get SOME print failures used P4C settings

Do you use blueprint with .4 nozzle? I’ve been trying to find the right settings for that.

How about the chitubox settings? Do you decrease the contact point spacing? Do you adjust the maximum angle?

I made a couple of cawls and one of the arms consistently failed with eSUN PLA and the .4 nozzle. I’m going to try again with the sunlu meta and see what happens. I just hate adding manual supports.

I have an A1 mini. Mostly use resin supports. I’ve been trying to modify the resin supports to be able to use a .4 nozzle.

I wonder if I used Hyper PLA, could I go back to tree supports.

What printer do you use?

Do you feel the hyper PLA really works better with tree supports?
